The Race for Hydrogen-Based Internal Combustion Engine Cars Has a Winner

I have opined extensively on the electric vehicle (EV) disaster, an evolving Green New Deal utopia collapse, the global warming fraud that morphed into a climate change narrative, demonization of oil that’s actually abiotic and not primarily from fossils, and the advent of green hydrogen-powered cars from the summer of 2019 through the fall of 2023. While exploring the variables over time, my gut instinct identified hydrogen, e-fuels, and hybrid internal combustion engines (ICE) as feasible alternatives to the globalist “warp speed”-inspired climate agenda that will collapse trucking, transportation, the economy, and civilization.

Climate Change Taxes to Save the Planet

Biden and his apparatchik sycophants fantasize that EV cars, trucks, planes, military vehicles, smart homes, and the Internet of Things (IoT) can all be supported by the existing electricity power grid infrastructure and replace petroleum-based energy in a decade by building out huge wind farms and solar panel installations on dictatorial policy. This is preposterous. Anyone who thinks buying an EV at this point is a wise choice to comply with a decree is just an uninformed fool. Aside from the plethora of data found in my articles and associated Twitter threads, U.S. and foreign car manufacturers that jumped on the greenie bandwagon via government fiat bribery to toe the line are having second thoughts while losing their shirts. You might consider getting your feet wet by investing in hydrogen-related businesses, but it is still too early to be heavily weighted in that sector. Keep doing due diligence and maintain the ICE vehicle you currently own.

The following bullet point sections include my articles, headlines since penning the previous article on green hydrogen energy, examples of EV pain that automobile manufacturers are experiencing, and musings about the net-zero collapse. I will then reveal an important development about hydrogen integration by a legendary car producer for retail plebes that headlined on financial rags this week.

“If you sank your hard-earned cash into an EV death trap, good luck with that. Even the New York Department of Sanitation had a come to Jesus moment when they realized EV snow plows are useless and abandoned testing. EV batteries exploding in home garages and roadways all over the world is not a public relations win for the industry either and there’s absolutely nothing green about EVs.” – TraderStef

Excerpt from “The Race to Retail Hydrogen Fuel Cell Technology, Production, and Distribution” Part 3 published in Jun. 2023 (Twitter thread):

“The trend in innovation for retail hydrogen fuel cell technology, production, and distribution has accelerated since publishing Part 1 (thread) in 2019 and Part 2 (thread) in 2020. What has also come to fruition since then are hybrid-combustion engines that run on hydrogen and gasoline and the ability to convert existing gasoline engines to a hydrogen hybrid. As global demand for energy is projected to double in the future, hydrogen is being recognized as a zero-carbon and zero-emission necessity that is scalable and will be included in a broad spectrum of energy producing sources. There’s also a lot of successful research and development, such as a solar-powered device that produces 99% pure hydrogen directly from moisture in the atmosphere that’s ideal in regions where water on land is scarce. Best of all, hydrogen-powered vehicles outperform electric vehicles (EVs).” – TraderStef

Porsche teamed up with Siemens Energy to start the process of hydrogen system development and testing for sports cars after racing a prototype hydrogen ICE sports car in 2022 at the famous Nürburgring racetrack in Germany. Porsche CEO Oliver Blume has stated that “the battery-electric drivetrain will be the best for shorter distances, while the hydrogen-based drivetrain will be the best for longer distances. Porsche has invested enormous resources into research and development for synthetic fuels, hydrogen fuel cells, and hydrogen-based ICE vehicles.

“The fact that a brand like Porsche has switched to hydrogen shows that not everything is going to go through EVs. In fact, others are following the same path, such as Ferrari, Hyundai or Kia. However, this new engine will mark a historic milestone by solving the problem of autonomy and taking thermal efficiency to a new level, something we would never have imagined.” – EcoNews, May 15
