As the worst of the pandemic waves have passed and a record number of excess deaths morph into a “died suddenly” category amid mandates for experimental gene-modification jabs, too many people mistakenly believe that lockdowns were just a blip in the matrix after China’s population had enough of the CCP’s zero-COVID policy and rioted in the streets. Unfortunately, it appears that the next Orwellian chapter in the World Economic Forum’s (WEF) “Great Reset” agenda is underway since “climate lockdown” policies are being implemented in sync with a global economy that’s headed for a hard landing recession due to fiat monetary policy.
Ingraham warns of coming climate lockdowns – Laura Ingraham, May 2021
Governments will continue to foment climate Armageddon fear to extend lockdown tyranny. They’ll jam through legislation that limits private vehicle use to keep the EV swindle alive despite proof that lockdowns don’t mitigate climate change and “Net zero by 2050” policies are catastrophically destructive, start banning short-haul flights in favor of trains or other travel alternatives, implement social credit scores that link social behavior and carbon footprints to mimic China’s surveillance panopticon, slowly ramp up the war on cash via a central bank digital currency (CBDC) linked to your digital ID that includes a global vaccine passport system approved by the G-20 last month, coerce you into believing that ranchers who provide red meat are planet killers and brainwash your children to eat fake food and insects, confiscate farmland from farmers over false narratives about nitrogen and fertilizer, impose extreme energy saving measures in winter and summer because wind and solar energy fail to provide enough electricity, freeze you to death due to shortsighted sanctions imposed on Russia by the West, and proceed with the incremental shutdown of drilling for petroleum and mining of coal that will deindustrialize the West’s energy industry. If we allow it all to proceed, welcome to our brave new world that will not include freedom.
We need to act boldly now if we are to avoid economy-wide lockdowns to halt climate change… “We are approaching a tipping point on climate change, when protecting the future of civilization will require dramatic interventions. As COVID-19 spread earlier this year, governments introduced lockdowns in order to prevent a public-health emergency from spinning out of control. In the near future, the world may need to resort to lockdowns again—this time to tackle a climate emergency.” – MarketWatch, Sep. 2020
Report: World Needs Equivalent Of Pandemic Lockdown Every Two Years To Meet Paris Carbon Emission Goals… “Crucial Quote: ‘We have failed to understand in the past that we can’t have tackling climate change as a side issue. It can’t be about one law or policy, it has to be put at the heart of all policy,’ the study’s lead author, Corinne Le Quéré, told The Guardian. ‘Every strategy and every plan from every government must be consistent with tackling climate change.’” – Forbes, May 2021
Coming soon: America’s own social credit system… “China’s social credit system is a combination of government and business surveillance that gives citizens a ‘score’ that can restrict the ability of individuals to take actions — such as purchasing plane tickets, acquiring property or taking loans — because of behaviors. Given the position of several major American companies, a similar system may be coming here sooner than you think… The potential scope of the soft social credit system under construction is enormous. The same companies that can track your activities and give you corporate rewards for compliant behavior could utilize their powers to block transactions, add surcharges or restrict your use of products. At what point does free speech — be it against biological males playing in girls’ sports, questioning vaccine side effects, or advocating for gun rights — make someone a target in this new system?” – The Hill, Aug. 2022
Salted ants. Ground crickets. Why you should try edible insects… “On a clear August morning in southeastern Pennsylvania, more than a dozen adults and children stood in a park pavilion, listening to mealworms sizzling in a hot pan. They were learning about entomophagy — the human consumption of insects — from Lisa Sanchez, a naturalist with the Lancaster County Department of Parks and Recreation, who has taught the practice for 25 years… Sanchez encourages people to eat insects, in part, to lighten environmental footprints. Farmed insects produce far less greenhouse gas and require much less land and water than conventional livestock. Insects also generate more biomass with less input. Crickets, for example, are 12 times more efficient than cows at converting feed into edible weight.” – Washington Post, Nov. 2022
Where is the evidence supporting the conspiratorial plans noted above? If you perused all the linked text and articles thus far, you have a head start and know what to watch out for in your locality. In the meantime, a city that’s home to Britain’s oldest university has enacted legislation for permanent climate lockdown policies under the guise of city planning initiatives next year. The highways councilor for travel and development strategies in the Oxfordshire County Cabinet insisted that “the controversial plan would go ahead whether people liked it or not.”
According to Duncan Enright, new “traffic filters” will turn Oxford into a “15-minute city” with all essential services within a short walking radius. If you need a bottle of milk, products, a prescription from the pharmacy, a visit with your general practitioner, or want a box of screws from the hardware store, you must walk. Of course, if you have the appropriate “blue badge” papers and permit you’ll be granted time-restrictive journeys outside of electronic roadblocks surrounding your utopian civil prison. Gone are the days when freedom of movement allowed plebes to shop and acquire services from wherever they wanted. The traffic filter lords that will prevent most motorists from passing through the Oxford city center will divide the city into six zones, formally known as neighborhoods. Traffic filters will consist of signs showing the traffic prohibition and automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) cameras to enforce compliance. It sounds wonderful!

All roads within each zone will be accessible by motor vehicles, but private cars from one zone to another will require going out to the road and returning via the appropriate exit for the destination zone. Each zone gets its own traffic and won’t take the burden of traffic that commutes to other zones. Traffic filters and the rolling out of a fully electric bus fleet for the Local Transport and Connectivity Program (LTCP) are pre-conditions to obtain funding from the U.K. government.
People can drive freely in their own neighborhood (zone) but must apply for a permit to drive through traffic filters and into other neighborhoods for up to 100 days per year. That equates to an average of two days per week in a perfect world. There’s a maximum of three permits per household where several adults with cars are registered at one address. Bicycles, buses, coaches, delivery vans, HGVs, motorcycles, and taxis are exempt and do not require a blue badge.
Another plan that Oxford’s cabinet approved is “Vision Zero.” The ideal it embodies is that every death or serious injury on the road is unacceptable and preventable. It’s expected to create safer roads and streets that are healthier and offer equitable mobility for all. Oxford has fully embraced technocracy by combining infrastructure, behavior, technology, and legislation to create its own yellow brick road utopia. Klaus Schwab at the WEF must be proud of Oxford politicos for embracing China as a role model.
Welcome to the “real” 2030… “It might seem frightening to you, but it’s forced upon us in this sector. Everything you loved as a possession or luxury, has now become a centralized circular service. We have access to crowded transportation, zero luxury accommodations, bugs and insects for food and dirty living pods. Once our things were taken away, it ended up that we owned nothing and we were not happy.” – And Magazine, Nov. 2022
