Since Russia annexed Crimea from Ukraine in 2014, there have been ongoing skirmishes between Ukrainian troops and pro-Russian “separatists” in eastern Ukraine’s Donbass region and intermittent periods of cease-fire. On March 30, 2021, the U.S. European Command raised its watch level from “possible crisis” to “potential imminent crisis” (the highest level) in response to the buildup of Russian forces on the border with Ukraine. Today’s attempt to negotiate a cease-fire failed with objections by Russia over the wording.

Biden exudes feebleness and his administration projects a weak U.S. with domestic and geopolitical policies that reverse the country onto a path of Obama doctrine. It appears as if a Manchurian Candidate is seated in the Oval Office and mainstream media parrots White House reports that President Biden regularly consults with Obama. Several sources have already begun to pose the question of who is in charge. U.S. adversaries such as China vs. Taiwan, Iran vs. Israel, the Iran nuclear deal that never was, and North Korea’s renewed testing of tactical-guided ballistic missiles and terror cells crossing a now crisis-ridden southern border are viewing the administration as weak and Obama’s fourth term in office. Globalists are back to conducting business as usual to position themselves ahead of the Great Reset.

Last week, U.S. Navy and NATO membership along with non-members Ukraine and Japan concluded a “Sea Shield” naval exercise in the Black Sea. Retired Navy Adm. Mark Montgomery said the exercise was meant to send a message to President Vladimir Putin that the U.S. and NATO can operate in “what he considers his back yard.”
NATO membership encroaching upon Russia’s sovereign border is precisely the reason for Putin’s support of separatists in 2014, and his fury originates over the deployment of new U.S. missile defense systems in Europe. When discussions came to light in 2018 about Ukraine and Georgia seeking NATO membership, Putin’s stance was clear and he warned of “unspecified consequences for the alliance.” It was in Jun. 2016, during Russia’s St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, that Putin had a question-and-answer session with world news agencies where he opined on U.S.-NATO missile placement in Europe (timestamp 38:20 to 48:35).
In the meantime, while the West pounds sand over Russia deploying an extraordinary amount of military hardware along eastern Ukraine over the last couple of weeks and shelling around Donetsk over the last few days is not dying down, the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) Twitter account is posting a history lesson with anniversary artwork of the Russia-Ukraine reunification in 1694.
“On this date in 1654 the Zaporozhian Host was taken under Russia’s protectorate by Tsar Alexey I on the basis of Pereyaslav Treaty. This marked the reunification of Russia & Ukraine (then known as Little Russia) – a major milestone in our common history.” – MFA, Apr. 6
The West waits for Putin’s next move as Russia-Ukraine tensions rise… “‘If anywhere I would watch south and to the water problems being experienced in Crimea. The risk is that Russia is trying diversionary tactics in Donbass when the bigger prize would be a military thrust into Ukraine to capture water courses which supply Crimea with water,’ Ash said. ‘Maybe Putin thinks the West is weak and divided and unable to respond,’ Ash continued, citing inadequate sanctions by the Joe Biden administration on, for example, the Nordstream gas pipeline, over the SolarWinds hack, that breached U.S. government networks, and 2016 election meddling ‘as a signal that the U.S. is just petrified to act for fear of what Russia might do.’” – CNBC, Apr. 1
Russia warns NATO against deploying troops to Ukraine… “Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters on Friday that Russia would be forced to respond if NATO troops were deployed to Ukraine… ‘There is no doubt such a scenario would lead to a further increase in tensions close to Russia’s borders. While the winds of change are blowing, investors should consider adding these military-industrial complex stocks to their watch list.
