A Revolution is Afoot Masquerading as Civil War – Part 3: The New Alamo

In the coming days, a tense standoff between Texas and the federal government will be resolved with Biden and his Department of Homeland Security (DHS) standing down from their order for the Texas National Guard to vacate its occupation of Eagle Pass or a constitutional crisis will escalate into a drawn-out cold or hot civil war. This faceoff originated with Biden and Mayorkas’ policies at the DHS that do not protect the United States borders with a blatant disregard of existing immigration law. This fomented an out-of-control border crisis starting in 2021 that morphed into an invasion and national security threat. The situation is reminiscent of the Alamo in 1836, which was a pivotal event infreedoms worth fighting for by state militias and the U.S. Army when independence from Mexico was declared in the Texas Revolution.

Return of the Travis Letter… “‘The HEART of Texas! The Alamo is to Texans what Washington D.C. is to Americans’… On February 24, 1836, with the garrison surrounded and the Texan Army at the Alamo outnumbered, one of the most famous letters in American history was written by William B. Travis. Addressed, ‘To the People of Texas and All Americans in the World,’ this letter was a passionate plea for aid for the Alamo garrison. He ended the letter with ‘Victory or Death’ – the only outcome this battle could have.” – TheAlamo.org

I warned about the illegal immigration crisis starting in 2021 with “Biden’s Election Launched a New Illegal Immigration Rush” Part 1, 2, 3, and 4, and talked about revolutionary undertones with “A Revolution is Afoot and Masquerading as Civil War” Part 1 from late 2020 and 2 last fall. Here is an excerpt from Sep. 14, 2023:

“When Biden Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre claimed in late August that Joe Biden ‘has done more to secure the border to deal with this issue of immigration than anybody else,’ she was immediately exposed as a liar. Millions of illegal immigrants have crossed the southwest border since 2021, and the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) data for encounters does not reflect illegal aliens who enter the U.S. undetected. Potential terrorists are slipping by in droves along with convicted and violent criminals, gang members, and at least 1.7 million known ‘gotaways’ since Biden took office… Verified reports show that violent criminals from around the world pose as innocent refugees seeking asylum, and it’s a fact that large sections of the border are purposely left wide open by order of DHS and Customs and Border Protection (CBP). Biden buses are conducting mass releases (video) of illegal migrants into a city near you… the United Nations migration agency (IOM) concluded that the U.S. southern border is the ‘deadliest migration route worldwideWe’re in a low-intensity civil war environment, on the cusp of a political revolution, supply chains remain vulnerable, and WW3 is brewing.” – TraderStef

Illegal Immigrant vs. Family

The number of so-called asylum seekers crossing the southern border in Dec. 2023 reached the highest monthly total ever recorded with 302,000 encounters that exclude the unknown number of gotaways. Of note is the 7,300% spike in illegal immigrants with terrorist ties crossing the southern border. On Jan. 2, 2024, Texas Gov. Greg Abbott said Biden “is destroying America” in response to a lawsuit threat from the Department of Justice (DOJ) after the passage of SB 4 legislation in Texas that allows its law enforcement to arrest anyone illegally crossing into the U.S.

“So it’s unanimous: everyone in power, from the White House, to the hedge fund managers, to the Supreme Court of the United States has decided to destroy the country by allowing it to be invaded. That leaves the population to defend itself. Where are the men of Texas? Why aren’t they protecting their state and the nation?” – Tucker Carlson

“Just require asylum with proof! It’s understandable if someone escaped from North Korea and will be executed upon return, but real asylum seekers (where they face death or imprisonment) are less than 1% of the total.” – Elon Musk

Border security has emerged as a key 2024 presidential election issue in the GOP’s favor while Capitol Hill battles over unbridled war funding and the national debt that could result in a government shutdown or another credit rating downgrade for the U.S. Last week, Congress pushed the budget battle out to March with yet another continuing resolution to avoid a government shutdown. Speaker of the House Mike Johnson warned the Senate today that its current border deal will be “dead on arrival.” He also noted that “rather than accept accountability, President Biden is now trying to blame Congress for what HE himself intentionally created.” On Jan. 6, in Part 4 of the illegal immigration series, I noted:

“What is likely the most significant political and fiscal confrontation on the table for 2024 in the United States as plebes and politicos position themselves heading into the presidential election cycle is a budget battle on Capitol Hill over shutting down illegal immigration across the southern border due to national security concerns vs. the continuation of untenable sovereign debt, funding of foreign border wars in Ukraine and Israel, and Biden’s treasonous apparatchiks that enabled a U.S. border crisis to unfold.”

The standoff between Texas and the Biden administration has escalated to a boiling point following a SCOTUS decision last week that allows Border Patrol officials to cut concertina wire (aka razor wire) and remove obstructions from the border. On Jan. 23, DHS demanded in a cease and desist letter to Texas Attorney General (AG) Ken Paxton that it must relinquish control of the 2.5-mile strip of land at Eagle Pass (the area of Shelby Park) by Jan. 26. The National Guard has responded by extending the fence and adding more razor wire (video). Governor Abbot penned a statement in response to Biden administration demands saying that Texas has the constitutional right to self-defense and that he declared an “invasion” back in Nov. 2023 to invoke his authority.

The Texas Military Department (TMD) continues to hold the line in Shelby Park to deter and prevent unlawful entry into the State of Texas. We remain resolute in our actions to secure our border, preserve the rule of law, and protect the sovereignty of our State.” – TMD, Jan. 23

Seeking Volunteers to join the border mission… “Operation Lone Star integrates TMD with the Texas Department of Public Safety to deploy border security assets to high threat areas to deny criminal organizations the ability to illegally move drugs and people into Texas. The Texas Military Department has new full-time positions available for the Operation Lone Star border support mission. These positions offer an array of benefits including lodging and per diem of $55 per day. Volunteers must be medically and administratively deployable and a military member of the Texas Military Department.” – TMD

Texas leaders refuse to give feds access to Shelby Park amid border standoff… “‘Regardless of what federal statute may exist, the supremacy clause means that the constitution itself is the supreme law of the land,’ Abbott said. ‘The constitution itself provides Texas with a right of self-defense, in this case, because the United States has abandoned its responsibility to defend Texas.’ The supremacy clause within the U.S. constitution supersedes any federal statutes to the contrary.” – FOX 4 Dallas, Jan. 25

Newsmax host Chris Salcedo praised Texas Gov. Greg Abbott’s handling of the ongoing border standoff… “Joe Biden and the Democrat Party and their apparatchiks in the leviathan we call a federal government have broken the compact between the United States and the states. That compact is the Constitution, our mutual handshake as citizens. An oath that the left wing has been trying to break for decades, since the last time they broke it during the Civil War.” – Mediaite, Jan. 26

As of today, 25 state governors have signed up to support Gov. Abbott and are sending their National Guard troops while Biden does nothing but threaten Texas after turning every state into a border state.

All hell is going to break loose if the Biden administration follows through on pressure by Democrat politicos and pundits to nationalize the Texas national guard and seize control. What they’re not telling you are the legal obstacles that arise by doing it, such as possible violations of the Posse Comitatus Act.

Keep in mind that major divisions and discord among ranks within U.S. alphabet agencies and the military services is growing, especially over deaths, disabilities, and financial hardship to their families due to the experimental and mandated gene-modification COVID jabs. At least 231 active and retired service members signed an open letter and delivered it to military leadership on Jan. 1, 2024. They want accountability and vowed to “do everything lawfully within our power to stop the willful destruction of our military by its own leadership.” And on Jan. 17, a letter was delivered to Congress from former FBI, DHS, and other law enforcement officials describing why Biden’s open border is a clear threat to national security.
